Certification
The Registry
Every GOVENANT verdict names its level, its date, and cites the query that produced it. Two rules keep the registry honest: the verdict is the minimum of the load-bearing pillars (no averaging away a dead gate), and a claim that never survived a refutation attempt is not certified — it is asserted. No GOVENANT certificate has been issued to anyone yet, including us; what you see here is measured audit history, not a certificate.
The reference implementation
The registry opens with the standard's own reference system — including its failures, because a registry that hides its steward's history would be performing exactly the disease this standard exists to catch. The first three rows are frozen snapshots; the fourth is today's verified sweep.
| Date | System | Verdict | Finding |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-07-02 | iii agent-hub (reference) | FLATLINED | Architecture excellent; delivery zero. Nine event producers, two consumers; predictions hardcoded. The audit that named performed autonomy. |
| 2026-07-07 | iii agent-hub (reference) | PERFORMED · L1 | Real delivery had resumed — surrounded by performed governance: the ownership gate had fired once in system history; 0 of 321 "measured" decisions ever graded. |
| 2026-07-13 | iii agent-hub (reference) | ALIVE · structural L2 | The first documented revival: a persisted ALIVE verdict for one tenant of eight, traced end-to-end by ID with the ownership gate participating. Caveats attached: UNCOVERED (duty roster on day one); first graded outcomes due ~2026-07-27. |
| 2026-08-12 | iii agent-hub (reference · full fleet) | GRADING LIVE · UNCOVERED | The instrument at scale: 216,499 duty-runs delivered / 597 missed (99.7%). The self-grading loop that was performed on 07-07 is now operating — 114 of 178 graded decisions are directional hits (n=178), with 505 more measured and grading pending. The honest ceiling holds: 4 of 9 tenant scopes carry a live ALIVE verdict (though all nine are delivering ≥99% — the split is a liveness-window timing state, not a delivery gap), and 0 of 9 are COVERED — no independent duty-roster yet proves nothing was silently skipped, the hardest pillar and one no one has cleared. |
Claims here follow the standard's own discipline: nothing is stated that the substrate cannot back on query, sample sizes travel with grades, and qualifiers drop only when the record earns it (The Covenant · claims discipline).
Built on GOVENANT — the live fleet
The reference implementation runs ten tenant businesses on the same governed substrate. Their verdicts are not frozen history — the nightly conformance sweep recomputes them, and they move: as of the 2026-08-21 sweep, 5 of 10 are ALIVE and the fleet has 410,000+ ledgered duty-runs at 99.8% verified delivery (716 lifetime misses, every one written down). The cards below carry per-tenant detail as of the sweep dated on each, including our own tenants that are dark right now — because a registry you can only read when the news is good is performed governance.
SettleWise
The tenant that recorded the standard's first documented revival (2026-07-13) — and it has held. Still ALIVE at the last sweep: 11,388 duty-runs delivered / 52 missed (99.5%) across 56 active duties, last verified action 2026-08-11. Still UNCOVERED, like the whole fleet.
Priiism — priiism.ai
The autonomous AI coding-agent platform — a governed tenant, not the reference implementation. It is delivering heavily: 11,372 duty-runs delivered / 51 missed (99.6%), 54 active duties, last action 2026-08-11. It did not carry an ALIVE verdict at the last nightly sweep (its activity fell outside the window) — capable and delivering, but not certified alive for that cycle. We publish the verdict we have, not the one we'd prefer.
ALIVE = delivered verified work inside the sweep's activity window. idle = capable and shipping, but its latest work landed outside that window at the last sweep — a timing state, not a failure: every idle tenant below is still delivering ≥99%. COVERED = an independent duty-roster proves nothing was silently skipped — the hardest pillar, and no one has cleared it yet, us included. Verdicts recompute nightly and are not certificates.

The next entry is unclaimed.
The instrument is proven — on us, in public, failures and dark tenants included. The registry is open, and the first entry that isn't ours takes a place no one else can ever have. If your agent system is ready to be measured — or your vendor claims theirs is — claim it.
